We first met in 2010 as we considered someone to handle the installation of our sound and central vacuum system for the house we were building in the East Mountains.
As you know, when we first met, we discussed only the two systems mentioned above but we quickly realized that your capabilities and expertise went farther than we could have imagined. This realization led us to the conclusion that we not only wanted your firm to handle the original two systems but to also take care of our security system including our security cameras.
Once the house was ready for the pre-wire phase, you and your staff were right there to provide your experience and advice for the placement of all of our systems needs. As construction continued and until completion you and your staff were always promptly available to answer our questions or come to the house to provide innovative solutions to unforeseen issues.
So here we are in our new home and enjoying the wonderful views and climate that Albuquerque offers.However, when we are not here we have the piece of mind of knowing the security system and the monitoring you provide is in place. In addition, having the capability to remotely view our security cameras from our phones or lap tops is fantastic. While we are at the house, having the convenience of the central vacuuming system is just wonderful and we are looking forward to finishing the sound system.
My definition of a sub-contractor is someone who shows up to do the work as assigned.The definition of a professional is someone who looks at the work to be done and then applies their expertise and experience to determine how can this task be accomplished for the long term benefit of the client.
Needless to say, you and your team of professionals are our choice to take care of our needs in the future.

My wife and I recently spent over a year building our dream home, a very custom home. It was a painful process in many ways, and in particular we learned how many sub-contractors don't even try to meet their promises. So many times folks who were supposed to show up didn't. Or they came late. Or they only sent one person to work, so the job took 4 times longer than expected. Etc. Etc.
But Albq. Sound & Vac is NOT on that list. They did everything they said they would do. They did it WHEN they said they would. They did it well, and everyone on the team (both the vac side and the A/V side) were SUPER friendly. Very outgoing, fun, easy to talk to, knowledgible and they all seemed genuinely happy to be working for us.
We even had a few frustrations with our A/V system, because we had bought a fancy new TV, and because we were early adopters, we found there were some challenges in getting everything to work perfectly. Mike, our A/V expert, had to spend hours doing research and trouble-shooting. But he finally got it done, and we're SUPER happy!! I highly recommend these guys...they've been around forever and I can see why!!

- I am so very pleased with my Beam central vacuum system. Having no experience with a central vacuum, I'd heard that they were under-powered compared to an upright vacuum. After speaking with Bill Piercy we were more convinced, but when the front desk staff allowed my husband to vacuum the dirt off the sidewalk in front of the store, we were sold! Since we've been in our home, we have been overwhelmingly satisfied with the vacuum system. It is more powerful than any vacuum we have ever owned. the system is also amazingly quiet! We are even able to "vacuum-brush" our dogs to keep their shedding to a minimum! It's just great!"
